How to service your device.

Identify it. Enter the exact model, product number and serial number.
Describe it. Tell us the requested service, symptoms, error message and accessories included.
Choose the location. Confirm the customer and ship-to address for the return.
Review and submit. Keep the reference with the device and use the portal after QRM creates the quote.

What happens next?

QRM processes your request, verifies the device and assigns a quote number. Use that reference in the Customer Portal to check status, available documents and estimated timing.
