Electrochemical cells are working sensors, not permanent parts.

They react with the gas being measured and gradually lose response. Annual calibration and service helps catch drift, sample-path problems and depleted cells before a suspect reading is used for a safety decision.

Which instruments does QRM service?

QRM provides service, repair and calibration for Testo instruments. Use the form to tell us the exact model and the service required so we can assess the request.

Why do electrochemical cells need annual calibration?

They react with the target gas and gradually deplete. Annual service checks the response and the sampling path, documents the result and identifies when a cell needs replacement.

Can I include more than one device?

Yes. Add each device in the Devices step, with its model, serial number, symptoms and included accessories.

Where do I check an existing order?

Sign in to the customer portal. You can search using your quote or sales order number, purchase order or reference.
